Weekly Message
Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy where the main priority of the leader is to focus on the growth and well-being of their team members and the wider community. Instead of focusing on their own power or personal gain, servant leaders prioritize the needs of others and work to empower them. How does this fit in with a man of God? Men, let’s get real! The majority of men want to be a leader sooner or later. Who wants to be a SERVANT? EVERYBODY WANTS TO BE A LEADER! Who Is the Greatest Servant Leader? It is, of course, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Think about this: Jesus Christ departed this earth as a servant leader. On earth, His servanthood commenced with His incarnation, taking on human flesh. We, as Christian men, must first learn to love and serve others. All leaders must learn how to serve first and then lead. And this, to some, could take a few days or an entire life span. Jesus Christ is our greatest example of what a servant leader is all about. Jesus Christ tried to get His disciples and the Jewish community to understand that His main purpose on earth was to teach them how to serve through leading. Jesus was empowering His disciples by serving them and teaching them through hands-on training in everything he accomplished on earth. Remember, during the last supper. Jesus got down on His knees to wash the feet of His disciples. This was a Middle Eastern custom for the servants to wash the feet of their masters and any visitors to the home. Jesus Christ is the ultimate example of a servant leader, and His life and teachings show us how important it is to lead with love, compassion, and a servant's heart. Serving others is presented as a reflection of God's love, a way to follow Jesus' example, and a means to build up the community of believers. The best place for a leader isn't always the top position. It isn't the most prominent or powerful place. It's the place where he or she can serve the best and add the most value to other people. Great servant leaders learn to serve first and then lead. ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS
Weekly prayer
Father God, thank you for allowing your Son Jesus Christ to show us both in the flesh and spirit. How to be servant leaders. Help us, Lord, to yield to the Holy Spirit who teaches us all things. And give us an obedient spirit to follow and obey you as your Son Jesus Christ. Impart your anointing of humility, love, compassion, and listening to others. Father, help us to be servant leaders that will be family, community, and world changers. Abba, pour upon us a double portion of your wisdom, knowledge, discernment, and understanding to be servant leaders. Servant leaders that will lead by example in following you in all that we do. Thank you, Lord, Amen

WHO are some examples of your servant leaders in the world today?
I believe PB is a great example. I have been in a few situations that most pastors who are great men would have delegated to others based on title that he’s been humble enough to do on his own in the area of service.
Another significant influence that has ministered to me by how they are leading as a servant is Deion Sanders.
Are you a servant leader at home? How about at your workplace?
I do believe my approach to leadership in both of these arenas is servant leadership. Because Christ led that way and I take my cues from Him and His word.
Are you leading…

Our spiritual leaders who are walking according to the word of God and don't have to look over their shoulder to see who is watching is a servant leader in doing what is right, even if its 3am in the morning.
Are you a servant leader at home? How about at your workplace?
I know that in both places i am a servant leader in the examples that i set and the things that i do, not just or myself, but for those behind me to follow, that the things they see will not be misconstrued

Our President is also an example of a servant leader, he takes no paycheck and he goes above and beyond what is expected of him.

Romans 8:9-11 NLT
But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.) [10] And Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you life because you have been made right with God. [11] The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.
